FARGO – The Village Family Service Center recently received several grants from foundations in communities across North Dakota.
- The BisMan Community Foundation awarded grants to five nonprofit organizations on Monday, Dec. 11, including a $2,000 grant to The Village's Angel Fund. The fund supports clients in need who are receiving Pregnancy and Parenting Support through The Village.
- The Village's Grand Forks office received $2,264 from the Myra Foundation to be used for technology upgrades, including the purchase of new kits for EMDR therapy.
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Village was granted $5,000 from the Cass County Electric Cooperative Foundation. The funds help facilitate mentoring matches in the Fargo-Moorhead community.
Grant dollars and donations allow The Village to provide behavioral health services across North Dakota and Minnesota, including services at a reduced or no cost to clients. Thank you to these entities for their support.
