A series of free informational meetings for those interested in adoption will be held across the state of North Dakota in October. Discussions include types of adoption opportunities, children available for adoption, and timeframes. The meetings also include a question-and-answer session.

The Village Family Service Center and Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota collaborate to provide pregnancy counseling and adoption services throughout the state. Other Village programs and services include counseling, addiction treatment, in-home family therapy, mentoring, truancy intervention, financial counseling, employee assistance programs, and business training.
