I realized I wanted to be a therapist at the young age of 10. Helping people has always been my motivation; the moment someone feels heard/understood is what I strive for. My mission is not to change the whole world, but to be able to assist in changing a person's world, one person at a time. By bringing individuals to self-awareness, by helping them to start to figure out how to problem-solve, and letting them realize they are their own most valuable tool.
I received my Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Mary in 2014, and have had the pleasure of doing what I love since. I work as an Intensive In-Home Family Therapist and an outpatient counselor for The Village in Minot. I have studied extensively the Five Love Languages in many different settings and am passionate about sharing that information.
