Presence. Acceptance. Non-judgment. These are the foundational concepts of mindfulness. EAP counselor Andi Wheeler will be your "mindfulness mentor" during this seven-week group. Learn the difference between "doing" and "being," how to notice and disengage from a negative mindset, to focus on your breath, reconnect with your body, and begin accepting your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
