GRAND FORKS – Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services of The Village Family Service Center received a $2,000 grant from the Victor and Nina Cranley Charitable Foundation.
The funding will allow counselors to continue providing free, decision-making counseling and assistance in life planning for young women throughout the Grand Forks area who find themselves unintentionally pregnant.
The Cranley Foundation has been awarding grants to organizations across the Red River Valley for several years. The Victor and Nina Cranley Trust has awarded well over $210,000.
The Village is based in Fargo and has offices in 15 communities across North Dakota and Minnesota. Its programs and services include counseling, addiction treatment, in-home family therapy, mentoring, adoption services, pregnancy counseling, truancy intervention, financial counseling, employee assistance programs, and business training. Our mission is to improve the quality of life through services designed to strengthen individuals, families, and organizations. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation and are a United Way Community Partner.
