I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Business Management in 2012. Since 2017, I have held the certification of Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). In 2018, I became the Client Service team lead across North Dakota and Minnesota, where I played a key role in enhancing operations, improving client satisfaction, and fostering a high-performance team. This success led to my promotion to Director of Client Services at The Village Family Service Center. Additionally, I have supported the Senior Leadership team and served as the liaison to the Board of Directors since 2019.
