Family Group Decision Making Facilitator
Grand Forks-Devils Lake Region, ND
The Village Family Service Center has a position in the Grand Forks & Devils Lake region for a Family Group Decision Making Facilitator. FGDM is an exciting program that brings together family members, friends, service providers and others to create a care plan for the permanency and reunification of children. The FGDM facilitator remains neutral and guides the “family” in developing this plan. Supervision and training will be provided. Applicant must possess excellent communication skills, high energy and a willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a variety of people and agencies. Individual must be self-directed, highly motivated, and have a passion for helping make life better for kids and families. A bachelor’s degree is required but preference will be given to master’s level human service professionals. Must have a car and a valid driver’s license. Flexible work hours may involve occasional evening and weekend work. Mental Health Practitioner / In-home Family Therapist / Outpatient Therapist
Alexandria, MN

The Village Family Service Center is a top-notch, non-profit agency with a supportive network, great atmosphere, and culture, as well as provides many training opportunities.  The Village is looking to expand with three full-time openings in the Alexandria region.  We are hiring an Outpatient Therapist, to provide therapy services in-office; a Mental Health Practitioner, to provide in-home skills services; and an In-home Family Therapist, to provide intensive in-home therapy services  All positions work with at-risk children and their families. Successful candidates for the outpatient position must have a Master’s degree in human services and be licensed in the state of MN as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP.  The in-home therapy position requires a Master’s degree in human services and is pursuing licensure as a LICSW, LMFT or LPCC and has experience and education related to child development and working with children and families. The Practitioner position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field with at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to children with emotional disturbances.
