Bowl for Kids’ Sake Returns to Support Local Youth; Hornbacher’s Extends Donation Period

Fargo, ND – Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Village Family Service Center is excited to bring back Bowl for Kids’ Sake, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser and a cherished community tradition. This fun-filled event supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of local youth.

Community members can join the cause at Kingpinz on March 6 at Noon or 3:30 p.m. or March 13 at Noon or 3:30 p.m. Teams will compete for prizes such as Best Dressed Team, Best Team Name, and Best Team Spirit.

Adding to the excitement, Hornbacher’s has extended its donation campaign by one extra week! Shoppers can contribute to Big Brothers Big Sisters at checkout through February 25, helping fund mentoring programs that provide vital support to young people in the FM area.

“All funds raised through Bowl for Kids’ Sake stay right here in our community, ensuring families never pay for our life-changing mentoring services,” said Susan Smith, Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Village Family Service Center. “In these challenging times, having a caring mentor can make all the difference in a child’s life.
