I received my BA in Psychology & Criminal Justice and Minor in Human Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
I use a client-centered approach to assist individuals in navigating life's challenges and achieving personal growth. My focus is on being supportive and understanding, as I genuinely believe in the power of authentic connections with others. I strive to create a compassionate and safe environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower my clients by helping them develop coping mechanisms, gain insight into their behaviors, and work toward personal growth and well-being.
In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, watching movies, coaching volleyball, and reading new books.
