I approach my work from a person-centered, strength-based lens. I meet people where they are, attune to them, and offer gentle challenges with care. My work is rooted in safety first, emotional and physical, and bringing in fun and humor when and where possible. Above all, I view the work I get to do as sacred and specific to the person or family I'm working with, and I strive to find what makes the most sense for each individual case.
