As a Minnesota Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), my goal is to listen, understand, assist, and identify necessary tools to empower the individuals that I work with. Working with adolescents and adults has been a passion of mine for many years. I like to meet the client where they are at and collaboratively work together to understand where they would like to be. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
I earned my bachelor's degree in Community Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 2015 and my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2019. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, watching sports (SKOL!), and spending time with my family and friends.
