As an outpatient therapist for the Grand Forks office, I bring a trauma-informed and systemic approach for all clients I work with. I am passionate about helping people ages 5 and up from all walks of life to reach their goals. I am trained in play therapy, Brainspotting, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I earned a Master of Education in Counseling from North Dakota State University.
