My drive to work in therapy comes from the joy and honor that comes from learning another person’s story and being able to help them write the next chapter. I think that sustainable and consistent change can come from examining where we have been and where we would like to go. I enjoy working with clients from a systems or family oriented viewpoint and looking at how to adjust unhelpful thought patterns to achieve long- and short-term goals.

I am originally from Little Falls, MN and received my bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Secondary Social Studies Education and my master’s degree from Adler Graduate School in Adlerian Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy. I am currently pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked primarily with children/adolescents and their families but also greatly enjoy working with adults as well. In my free time I enjoy taking my dog, Theo, for walks, reading, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family.
