Susan DuBray
I was drawn to mental health work as a teenager due to exposure to depression in my extended family. I work with children, adults, and families, providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of clinical interest include working with trauma and attachment, mood disorders, parenting, and early childhood mental health, and have completed specialty training in CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Structural Strategic Family Therapy, and Play Therapy. I graduated with a master's degree in social work from the University of North Dakota, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I began employment with The Village in 2011 in the Grand Forks office. I returned to Grand Forks to be closer to my grandchildren and adult children. I grew up in the Rocky Mountains in Montana and have a deep appreciation of nature and enjoy many forms of outdoor recreation, including fishing, hiking, swimming, and boating.
