Both (In-Person & Online)

An important aspect of my work is providing a warm and safe space for individuals as we walk through the journey of healing together. Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, I believe change happens when we feel safe to be our vulnerable selves and are connected with others.

I take a systemic, collaborative, and person-centered approach, valuing integrative and holistic health in the process. I am trained in Brainspotting, a Prepare/Enrich Certified Facilitator, and I am certified through Level 3 of Healing Touch.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2024. With over five years of experience working with adolescents and adults in an inpatient mental health setting, I bring a deep well of knowledge and experience to my work.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying new things, taking care of my plants, connecting with friends, and spending time with my two dogs and family.
