I was born in Alabama, raised in the Washington, D.C. metro area, and spent 12 years living near Raleigh, NC before relocating to Grand Forks, North Dakota. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. As a therapist, I recognize everyone has their own unique story and struggles. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them find the best path toward healing.
